Important Note: Londontown Gel Universal Base Coat requires use with a UV or LED light.

USAGE & INGREDIENTS:

Directions of Use:

1. Apply 1-2 thin layers of either Londontown Gel Universal Base Coat. 
2. Cure for 30s (UV Lamp) or 60s (LED Lamp).
3. Apply your Londontown Gel Color of choice followed with Londontown Color Lock Top Coat
